Dear Hulya,
My sister, Anjana, and I left Turkey on June 10th after a wonderful holiday in your beautiful country. We really enjoyed our tours to Troy and Cappadocia. We are very happy with all the arrangements you made for us. Mr. Pirol was very kind and helpful.

The companies who conducted both tours, Hit the Road and Crowded House, took very good care of us. Their guides were courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the history and culture of the areas we covered. The lunches provided on both tours were excellent. We especially enjoyed the one in Troy in the little cafe near the Crowded House hotel.
My sister and I have some suggestions that we hope you will find helpful. Since the bus trip to Troy included (free) breakfast, you should add that to your itinerary. We did not know that would be provided so brought our own sandwiches. It would also be helpful to have a map of Turkey that the guides use to show us where we travel. Lastly, it would be helpful if the guides pointed out interesting landmarks when we are on the road.

Thank you for making such excellent arrangements for us. We hope to visit Turkey again for another holiday some year. When we do, I will make sure to contact you to help us with the planning.

I am back in Denmark and I would like to tell you that we had an excellent tour. Almost everything was good. Our localguide, Ali, and the driver were also very good and serviceminded people. My clients were very happy!

The only problem was the Kapadokya Ihlara hotel. The koncept is great, but the service was a disaster. Very bad food, no cleaning of the rooms etc. etc. This hotel could be one of the best in Anatolia - if they had a profesional management and a well trained staff. It is also a problem that it is so far away from Göreme. This adds a lot of driving to the stay...

I am thinking of doing the same tour next year in May. But I would like to get a good hotel in the Göreme and Urgup area. How about the Göreme Kaya?

Really bravo for our stay‘s organization.
All 3 thank you for the selections you made.
We have appreciated the driver, and over all our guide Aslan who’s one to definitively keep in your guide team as first for his knowledge on the Turkish history, his good relationship, his perfect French language, and his really good advices.

Among the restaurants you selected the N°1 for French is Sultan Kosesi, but the one on Bosphorus Galata side river bank was very OK (Symbol Balik I guess).
Best Western was a good choice, but double room was a bit small, I’m member of this hotel chain.

Nevertheless, we made a big mistake as we did not follow Asaln’s advices when after Dervish ceremony we got a diner at night at one of the fish restaurants under Galata bridge , please, you should write and make a warning to your tour selection not to go at such a place.

Herewith annexed few pictures of our stay, we are disappointed to not have met you.. may be for our next trip in Istanbul or Turky, anyway we will make a good comments and advices to our French friends. What about you web site ?
In a next mail, I’ll give you, if you want, more details about few points which could help you to reach the Excellence level for such a tour.

I just wanted to let you know that your tour company is fantastic. Everything for our day in Cappadocia was organised to the minute. All the pick ups were on time with little or no waiting time. Perhaps the nicest thing was that the tour was a small group of only 12 people. I have only gone on large buses before and this was delightful. We got to know everyone on the tour and the tour guide was great fun and knew a lot about the area. Her English was fantastic. Can you especially thank our driver from the hotel to the airport and back. He was great! He must have been tired as he picked us up at 5:15am and was there again at the airport at 9pm. With some delay due other trips and the holidays, we come to thank you very much for the tour of Turkey you organized for us. We had an interesting experience and was rewarding to us to visit Istanbul and some of the historical areas of the country. We enjoyed the individual visits to scheduled places and appreciated work of the tour guides, they were well informed, friendly and helpful in attending our questions and needs.

Overerall the travel by land and air were carried fine, only in Kusadasi we were not met by your ground handler to assist us in the transport from the bus stop to the hotel, we had no previous word about this situation and had to resolve the problem thanks to individuals who helped us in securing local transport.

Hotels in general were good choices, we would only suggest that for future tours you may consider other alternatives if available to replace the Koray Hotel, even though the rooms were clean it did not meet the standards of the rest of the hotels we stayed, they also lacked a restaurant. The Hotel Spectra in Istanbul deserve good marks for the help and assistance they provided us. The hot air balloon flight was a wonderful experience.

We thank you again for your kind assistance in planning and executing this tour. We enjoyed the experience and the opportunity to learn about Turkey. Please send us copies of your brochures for tours in Turkey to pass them to interested friends. We take the opportunity to wish you a happy and rewarding 2012,

We have returned from Istanbul and would like to thank you for the travel arrangements customised for us. The guides present for both tours were professional and very warm. The Hotel transfers were also very smooth and punctuality was spot on.

However, I would like to point out that the quality of our hotel - Palm Hotel nat Kusadasi was below par and the food quality was undesirable. Same as with the one at Sultan's Restaurant for the Ephesus Tour. If not for these shortcomings I would have rated the tour 10/10.

Nevertheless, thanks again for making our trip a wonderful and memorable one.

It is now into our second week since our return to work following a very exciting 15 days in Turkey,

Both my wife and I would like to thank you for the fabulous package you helped us to put together.

We thoroughly enjoyed Turkey and found it reassuring to have the logisitcs so well planned. We also would like to make a special mention of the great pick up service for all of our arrivals and departures. These all went according to plan giving us a relaxed time during our holiday.

There were many highlights during our time but the following are the things I find myself telling my friends about most.

Istanbul, is an amazing city and it is important to spend some time exploring the city. We found both of the full day tours gave us a great base to further explore. We spent a number of days in Istanbul exploring the shops and alleys at the end of our stay.

Cappadocia was amazing, we found lots of opportunities to explore the caves. But most of all the people here were very friendly and we enjoyed the opportunity to chat with them. The hot air balloon ride was a unique experience that everyone should enjoy. In our case for the balloon the tour company was running late, they didn't pick us up at the hotel we sat waiting in the lobby until the operator came back and picked us up. When we got to the Balloon launching place they had already started inflating the balloons, we were shown our balloon and hurried onto the balloon. We missed the breakfast there. The flight and the views were amazing, and made up for the slow start to the day.

Kusadasi, was a place where we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed Pamukale and Epheus, the history of this area was fascinating for us. Once again the guides were excellent.

We only had limited time in Turkey, but thanks to your organisation we feel we managed to get the most out of first visit to Turkey. We would certainly recommend your company to any traveller who want to explore what Turkey has to offer. Thanks so much for arranging such an enjoyable holiday for us. Hopefully we will return to Turkey one day in the near future.

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our visit to Turkey. All the arrangements which you made went according to plan, the guides were all excellent and helpful. The hotels were very satisfactory and the staff most courteous.

I think the tour operators which you chose were very professional and all knew their subjects, historical, and cultural.

On our last day we were fortunate that your agent [ Missilana Travel ] in Pamukkale had a group of 16 traveling to Gocek for a Gulet trip. They somehow arranged for the public bus to collect us in Pamukkale then to Denisli to the main bus station for the local passengers. when we got to Fethiye the driver left the local passengers off at the bus depot and then proceeded to Gocek !! where the 16 got off in the marina and we joined our yacht.

So many thanks once again for your help we would have no hesitation in recommending Jasminne Travel to anyone going to Turkey.

PS I met a Japanese lady today who is in Ireland for a few weeks then she is going to Istanbul from here where she has 5 days to spend.

My family had just visited the wonderful land of Turkey between 6/7/2005 to 15/7/2005. Thank you for all the arrangements done during our exciting stay in Turkey. We had a good time in Turkey and are safely back now in Singapore.
It was great chatting with you and wish that we could continue, unfortunately we have to leave. InsyaAllah, we will contact you for our future visits.
I was surprised to read the news on bomb blast at Kusadasi beach and Cesme. We hope everything is under control.

Finally, I arrived in Istanbul.
My ex-roommate,Young-A introduced me to her friend, called Yasemin who's living there. She & her boss Erdal came to the airport to pick me up. I was super lucky!!! (For an additional information, they are running a travel agency there. If somebody go there, visit them! I swear they are soooooo nice.^^)

Thanks to them, I absolutely enjoyed my trip. Thank Yasemin & Eldal, again.

ようやくイスタンブールに到着。モントリオールにいた時のルームメートが友達（コリアン）のジャスミンを紹介してくれて、空港まで彼女とそのボス エルダルが迎えに来てくれた。 2人はイスタンブールでジャスミン・ツアーという旅行代理店を経営している。かなり親切でアットホーム、絶対人をだますような人間ではないので、もしトルコに旅行に行く人がいたら訪ねてください。 2人ともこの旅の最後までものすごく良くしてくれて、彼らのおかげで貧乏旅行だったはずがなんと私はほとんど四つ星ホテルに泊まったのです。おまけに、イスタンブールにいる間はジャスミン宅に滞在。
